Eric Deniger
Founder of ReppingAlpha and creator of AlphaProtocol
Eric Deniger is an operator, veteran, and founder whose work focuses on a practical question: how do capable people turn clear intentions into reliable action when motivation, capacity, and conditions keep changing?
He created ReppingAlpha and the AlphaProtocol goal-execution system to connect direction, daily practice, attention, energy, review, and accountability in one repeatable personal operating system.
Military and operating experience
Eric served as a U.S. Army infantryman during Desert Storm. He later built companies, became an Inc. 500 CEO, and led hundreds of people. His background includes education at Notre Dame and Illinois State.
Those experiences shaped a view of discipline that differs from motivational performance. Standards matter, but so do clear missions, operating conditions, recovery, feedback, and the ability to adapt without abandoning the objective.
Why he created AlphaProtocol
Traditional planning tools are useful for organizing work, but they often assume the user already has clear direction, stable motivation, and enough capacity. Books can explain principles without creating a daily practice. Accountability can become pressure without diagnosis.
AlphaProtocol was designed to close those gaps. Its handwritten morning-and-evening ritual feeds priorities into the calendar. Its six-part cycle—Sense, Align, Structure, Execute, Circulate, Refine—keeps plans in contact with evidence. Its accountability structure emphasizes outreach, review, and recalibration rather than shame.
The work today
Through ReppingAlpha, Eric writes and teaches about personal operating systems, follow-through, habit architecture, digital Stoicism, accountability, and reliable return after disruption. The work is intended for founders, executives, veterans, and other operators who already carry responsibility but need a more dependable way to translate priorities into daily action.
