Payment information is processed through Squarespace Payments; we do not store your full card details on our own servers. We collect shipping addresses for physical orders and email engagement data if you subscribe to our mailing list. Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics may collect technical and usage data, including IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, and interactions with the Site.

We share information only as needed with Squarespace, Inc., our website host and payment and email processor; Google, which provides Google Analytics; Anthropic, which provides the AI that powers our website chat assistant; shipping carriers that deliver physical orders; and legal or governmental authorities when required by law.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, commerce, Squarespace Analytics, and Google Analytics. AI Chat Assistant

Our website includes an AI chat assistant (the AlphaProtocol Agent). Messages you type are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate replies. We do not require an account to use the chat, and the conversation is not saved to a profile; it clears when you leave the page. Our hosting provider may keep routine technical logs. Please do not enter sensitive personal, health, or financial information. The assistant is not a person, therapist, or advisor and does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
