How AlphaProtocol Turns Goals Into Daily Execution

AlphaProtocol moves through six connected moves. Each one attaches direction to a practical mechanic, and every pass produces evidence that improves the next.

01 / SENSE

Sense

Body Door + state word. Four breaths—inhale 4, hold 2, exhale 6—then one honest word on the page. This is a body check, not a mood score.

02 / ALIGN

Align

Resonance scan. Test today against the current DirectedAlpha heading. If the heading no longer pulls, recalibrate the edge instead of adding discipline.

03 / STRUCTURE

Structure

Environment first. Use P.R.I.M.E.R. Modify and the 20-Second Rule: keep the notebook closer than the phone so the page wins the first minutes.

04 / EXECUTE

Execute

Floor / Standard / Deep. The Next Rep is one verifiable action sized to today's capacity. Floor counts. Presence is the standard, not intensity.

05 / CIRCULATE

Circulate

Close the day and week. Write kept / leaked / next each evening. Run a 15-minute Weekly Discovery Pass, or use a Floor week when capacity requires it.

06 / REFINE

Refine

Reassess the system. Review milestones and evidence. Continue what still fits, redesign what leaks, or use Recalibrated Off the List as an honorable kill.

Recovery is part of the protocol

What a bad week looks like

Morning: Run Floor—90 seconds, one state word, one heading, one next action. Close the notebook. It counts.

Attention: Hold the Digital Boundary. Phone after the page; first minutes belong to the notebook.

Accountability: Send the chosen outreach and ask, “Which of the four stall variables leaked—Expectancy, Value, Impulsiveness, or Delay?” The question is not “Why did you fail?”
