These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of reppingalpha.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of coaching, corporate training, digital courses, or physical products (collectively, “Services”) from Fusion Capital, LLC, d/b/a ReppingAlpha (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or purchasing Services, you agree to these Terms.
Services Offered
ReppingAlpha provides 1:1 Stoic coaching, corporate training and keynote services, a self-paced digital course (“Stoicism Unplugged”), and related physical planning materials.
AlphaProtocol Membership and Accountability
AlphaProtocol memberships include an accountability component governed by the AlphaProtocol Accountability Agreement. By purchasing an AlphaProtocol membership or beginning onboarding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to that agreement. The Accountability Agreement applies while your membership remains active.

Coaching, training, and course content are for educational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, medical, psychological, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional before making financial, medical, or legal decisions. Neither ReppingAlpha nor its principal is a licensed financial advisor, therapist, or attorney, and no advisor-client relationship is created by using our Services.
Payment
All fees are due at the time of booking or purchase, processed securely via Squarespace Payments. Prices are subject to change without notice; changes will not affect orders already placed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling (Coaching & Corporate Training)
Coaching calls and training sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may be charged in full at our discretion.
Digital Products (Course)
Once access to the digital course has been granted, the purchase is non-refundable — see the Return & Refund Policy.
Physical Products
Physical planning materials are sold subject to the Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within our course and coaching materials — including the Digital Stoic Framework, written content, videos, and branding — is the property of Fusion Capital, LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access to any systems, or use our content for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fusion Capital, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
